R&S Logistics is proud to announce that our new location (M6) at 1200 Violet Street in Morristown, TN is now a fully operational chemical warehouse.
Bringing New Life to a Former Lifeless Location
With support from the State of Tennessee and local organizations like TDEC, the
Chamber of Commerce in Morristown, TN, this former manufacturing plant was brought back to life as a part of a federal BRAG grant. This was actually the first BRAG grant awarded in the state of Tennessee.

Why This Is a Big Deal
This facility is more than just a warehouse—it’s a strategic asset for our partners in manufacturing, distribution, and chemical logistics.

What Was Involved
In partnership with many organizations including Cannon & Cannon and Land Science, this building needed some extensive TLC. You can read more about what was done here and here.
With their help and partnership, this building is ready to get to work. It’s planned to be an active, dedicated chemical warehouse with 30,000 square feet of space for racking, floor-loaded pallets, and inbound and outbound loads.
